First replication of the Workshop "Towards a Strategy for Updating and Harmonizing the Tentative Lists in Latin America and the Caribbean"

The Regional Institute of World Heritage in Zacatecas, a Category 2 Center under the auspices of UNESCO, congratulates the Republic of Honduras, which, through the work of Attorney Héctor Portillo, Director of the Honduran Institute of Anthropology and History (IHAH), held the first replication of the Workshop “Towards a Strategy for Updating and Harmonizing the Tentative Lists in Latin America and the Caribbean” from February 12-14, 2020. The original workshop took place in Havana, Cuba, in November 2019.

The IRPMZ recognizes the contribution of the Republic of Honduras to the improved implementation of the 1972 Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
