The Regional Institute of World Heritage in Zacatecas presents the magazine Ecos del Patrimonio during the 48th Session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee
The Regional Institute of World Heritage in Zacatecas, a Category 2 Center under the auspices of UNESCO, is pleased to announce the parallel event “Launch of the journal Ecos del Patrimonio: a regional contribution to World Heritage.”
This publication provides a forum for reflection, dissemination, and exchange of experiences aimed at the promotion, protection, and sustainable management of World Heritage, contributing to capacity building in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
The official launch of the journal will take place during the 48th Session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, to be held in the Republic of Korea, bringing together representatives of States Parties, specialists, international organizations, and stakeholders involved in the conservation of cultural and natural heritage.
With this initiative, the Regional Institute of World Heritage in Zacatecas reaffirms its commitment to the dissemination of knowledge, regional cooperation, and the strengthening of technical capacities for the safeguarding of World Heritage.
