Course on Digital Photogrammetry applied to cultural heritage in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean

Course Objective

To train specialists in 3D documentation of cultural heritage by generating knowledge and skills in photogrammetric techniques using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones); teaching the principles for conducting manual and automated flights. To reinforce the learning from the basic photogrammetry course, adapting the procedures to aerial photographic records.

At the end of the course, students will have the necessary skills to apply these techniques to immovable assets at sites inscribed on the World Heritage List.
